What You & Your Family Can Expect
High-quality care with compassion and focus on the overall quality of life for your loved one and your family.
1. No Waitlist
We understand that time is critical, and the faster your loved one can receive therapy and services, the more significant our impact can be. If we are unable to begin services quickly we won’t leave you on a waitlist.
2. A Friendly Family Intake Team
Your family is our family! Obtaining services for your loved one can feel overwhelming, and we’re here to help.
Our family support team will guide you through the entire process quickly and efficiently.
Every client at Connect Plus Therapy has an assigned case manager that will help you with everything from insurance questions to finding the best social skills groups and programs. They will ensure personalized, meaningful, and effective care.

3. The Assessment Process
We start with a comprehensive, evidence-based assessment performed by a Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA).
From this assessment and in partnership with you and your family, our BCBA will create an individualized treatment plan that targets socially significant areas for growth, with relevant and practical goals.

4. Individualized Therapy Treatment Plans
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is an evidence-based treatment based on the science of learning and behavior.
Our Behavior Technicians provide 1:1 individualized treatment based on your specific needs.
We will provide services when and where you need them, including your home, in our centers, in your child’s school, and in your community.
5. Progress & Traction
We highly value your input, and in conjunction with the data we collect, we will regularly update your child’s treatment plan.
Progress is continuously monitored by your child’s BCBA, with comprehensive reassessments performed every 3-6 months so that modifications can be made as needed.
You will also have the ability to track your child’s progress online.
